Every engagement starts with discovery and a written quote. Which model fits depends on whether you need something built, something looked after, or both.
Fixed-scope project
Discovery produces a scope, a timeline and a fixed price. Changes are quoted separately, so the price you agreed is the price you pay.

A monthly retainer covering monitoring, patches, backups, support and a written response time. Available for systems we built and systems we did not.

Why we do not publish a price list
A price list for custom software is a guess dressed up as a number. Two projects with the same description can differ by a factor of five depending on how many other systems they touch and how much of the logic is already written down.
What we will do is give you a range on the first call, and a fixed figure after discovery. You own the scope document either way.

- How many other systems it has to talk to
- Whether the process is documented or lives in someone head
- How much data has to be migrated, and how clean it is
- Whether staff need training on site or remotely
