Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Digital Care Solution collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the services we provide under contract.

What we collect

• Enquiry details. When you use the contact form or message us, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request details for security and diagnostics.
• Client data. Where we maintain a system for you, we may access data in that system. We do so only to deliver the service and only under the agreement we have signed with you.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, to deliver work we have been contracted for, to keep our systems secure, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Project records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long afterwards as Nigerian tax and company law requires.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and email providers. Each is bound by a contract that limits what they may do with the data. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@digitalcaresolution.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security

Access to client systems is restricted to the people working on them, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged. We report any breach affecting your data to you promptly and in writing.
